Privacy policy
Responsible handling of your personal data is an integral part of this reservation website.
1. Controller
The controller is Lukas Günther Teissl. Contact: lukas@teissl.info.
2. Data processed
We process the contact details you enter, the selected event, number of attendees, preferred language, optional notes and technically necessary security data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to organise, confirm, communicate and carry out your reservation. The basis is processing your request and the consent you provide in the form.
4. Storage and deletion
The information is stored on the web server and retained only as long as necessary for organisation, documentation and legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised regularly.
5. Email delivery
Confirmations, organisational messages and, where applicable, personal webinar access details are sent through the lukasteissl.com mail server. Email content contains only the information required for the reservation and delivery of the event.
Live webinars and Zoom
For webinar reservations, personal Zoom access and optional supporting materials are provided only to registered participants through the protected reservation view or by email. When external Zoom or material links are opened, the privacy terms of the respective provider additionally apply.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw consent for the future. Contact lukas@teissl.info.
Referral and partner tracking
When you open a personal referral link, we automatically store a signed partner identifier for 90 days together with the time, pseudonymous technical verification data and, where applicable, campaign parameters. The identifier is attached to a reservation solely to record its source. The assigned referring partner can see your first and last name, the booked event, the date and the reservation status. Your email address, phone number, message and other contact details are not displayed.
Security notice
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Forms and the administration area are additionally protected by technical security measures.
